Mts — Refund against dongle

I purchased MTS dongle on 16th Jan 2016 in chennai. It never worked and I complaint more than 100 times about refund. Their people never turned back and kept me struggling for refund. I have already sent email along with receipt of the product. Now I have left chennai and they are calling me for refund. I requested them for bank transfer or provide me refund from a outlet in Uttar Pradesh but they are not ready to refund me. Please help me.

True same problem no support from customer care. Customer support is poor. MTS ARE THE CHEATERS simply selling data cards without having bandwidth or facility to support.
