Hi,
I have purchased Mblaze wifi Data Card [protected] on 19 Mar, due to connectivity and network issues I have raised 2 complaint which is closed as resolved but my issue remained same. Therefore I have sent an email at [protected]@mtsindia.in with scanned copy of bill for return of Data Card On 23 Mar. I did not get any response on it till yet. Whenever I called to customer care they said to wait for 2 more days.
I am very disappointed with the customer services and support. I just want a confirmation letter from MTS so that I can return card and take refund. Data card consumption is less than 50MB and its still within 15 days of issue.
