Hi,
I have taken a connection MTS internet, chennai . They have promised 6 MBPs speed will be there to my home connection. After I installed they speed is only 400 kbps and I am unable to use it anything, I have requested a complaint regarding the speed issue and metioned if it's not resolve I don't pay even one paise in the bill and I stopped using the connection. Now I have called to customer care for request to cancellation lot of times, but no one not take action on this. But now they have sent the legal notice to pay money for the two months due total cost :Rs.1682/- (I am not interested to pay without using anything)
