Mts — Regarding transaction failed and money has been debited from my account

On 3/august/2015, when I making payment of my MTS postpaid bill amount 627. Due to transaction failed money has been debited from my bank account but I did, nt get any confirmation message from MTS about payment is successful or not after that I called to customer care he told me that" your payment is not made. You will have to make payment again and the money which was debit from your account will be refund within 7 days " after that i have made payment again through paytm website. I have called so many times to customer care about this issue but till now, I could, not get my money back . so, I would like to request you please look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible .
i can show my bank pass where is clearly mention that two times same amount deducted from my bank account and i have also messages on my phone
