I have requested Disconnection of my MTS Mblaze wifi data card almost two weeks ago but yet i receive mail stating lazk of payment so on and so forth, recently i received a mail stating in payment of Rs.1963/- when i have been out of the country for the past two and half months, customercare has not yet responded to my request neither i am able to get a hold of any personal regarding disconection, My MTS Mblaze number [protected] and my account number is [protected]. i kindly ask that you disconnect my services immediately as i am working abroad and have not been using your services for the past two and half months.
MTS services are good but regardless they should disconnect the services if payment is not recieved in time and kindly you can my data usage for the past months and verify what i am concerning.
