[Resolved]  Mts — Selling of product by false commitment

I bought an MTS Data Card Connection on 24.12.2015. The MTS representative, Subham [protected], sold me the product on FALSE COMMITMENT. I took a plan of INR 999 which was a roam free plan. It was specifically told coz half of the time I am out of Delhi. (Ref. Image 1). The connection got activated on 26.12.2014. While the customer care was explaining me he informed me that I have to pay .4 paise per KB. Since I now realized that Subham fooled me, I immediately asked for deactivation. The representative asked me to write a complaint regarding the same. On 26.12.2014 at 1310 hrs I wrote an email regarding the same. (Ref. Image 2). Finding no response I called up Customer Care where I was again asked to write an email and the gentleman took 24 hrs time to revert. On 27.12.2014 at 1917 hrs I again wrote an email (Ref. Image 3). Then several email were sent and calls were made resulting no response. On 07.01.2015 I got a reply from MTS that there are unable to provide the refund, as there is no complaint (Ref. Image 4). After repeated phone calls at Customer Care No. +[protected], Finally, one of the representative told me that I get the refund, if the Data used is less than 1GB from any of the nearest store. Since I didn't used the services, on 09.01.2015 I visited the store R&R Communications 2/5 Sarai Jullena New Delhi, where the MTS representative refused the refund. Since I was to leave for Mumbai, I got panic. I immediately called up the Costumer Care and made them speak to MTS representative of R&R Communications. It was to my shock that he fired the Costumer Representative and advice her not to circulate false information. Then he made me speak to Ashutosh Kumar, Head-Customer Operation where he listed to my grievance and took all the information. He told me that an action will be taken against this within 14 hours as he himself written a complaint vide ref. no. JAN/8994. Today dt. 10.01.2015 at 1115 hrs I received a call from MTS representative from +[protected] where he asked me to provide all the information. I briefed him the incidents from day 1. He concluded saying that an action will be taken but I need to write an email again regarding this mentioning the Complaint No. JAN/8994. After completing the call I received an SMS from YD-MTSCOMPL at 1124 hrs saying your complaint has been resolved (Ref. Image 5). While reading the message I got an SMS from YD-MTS saying, we tried to contact but unable to reach you. I was shocked. I wrote an email regarding the same (Ref. Image 6). I called up Customer Care at 1143 hrs to speak to Ashutosh Kumar where bunch of lies were told to me. (Ref. Image 7). One of representative name Mohinder, even disconnected my phone saying that they are transferring the call to their head. I raised my voice and another Head of Costumer Care Operation, Shivani spoke to me. Explaining her all the incidents she told be that someone will get back to me with 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Again at 1156 hrs, I received an email saying; no refund as there is no complaint (Ref. Image 8). I replied asking them to check the trail mail (Reg. Image 9). At 1217 hrs I received an email saying the case is closed where I agreed also (Ref. Image 10). Now I realized there are bunch of liers who are fooling me from last 15 days. I emailed them warning that I will take this legal (Ref. Image 11). Finally I received an email saying that necessary action will be taken as per company norms (Ref. Image 12) Since, I don’t believe in any of the statement made my MTS, I am writing this to you and intervene so that I should not be harassed again and again. I need an strict action against all the people who lied me in the process, my refund and compensation for harassment. Looking forward for a positive and prompt reply.
