MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Bill claim after 3.5 years of disconnection | |||||
I was using a MBlaze product - MiFi whose number is [protected] until October 13, 2012. Account number - [protected] Back then, when I checked my My account on selfcare.mtsindia.in, it showed an amount of Rs 5009. I mailed MTS person - partha.[protected]@mtsindia.in on 16th Oct 2012 to send me a detailed account of how the unbilled amount of Rs. 5009 was calculated. This is because, as per the below Transaction Id, I have already done the payment. 70843897 71572198 72980991 74486751 74870835 74923544 75995655 However when I checked on its status with MTS Customer Care, they said it is closed. Please note that no one had even contacted me regarding clarification or resolution since the time the complaint was raised. Latest Payment done on 24th Oct 2012. Transaction Id: 75995655 Recently, I started receiving text messages from YX-MTSSER on my registered mobile number, which read - "Your MTS No. [protected] Lokadalat case PLC number is pending GOLDEN chance for your account with 50% discount please pay Rs 5113 call [protected]/[protected] for any support."
