MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Cheated with the low bandwidth network and asking for money | |||
Hi team, I am rakesh who got cheated by mts. March 1st week i got the mts dongle from mts relationship sales person ramu (+91-[protected]) and he said the billing cycle will start from march 16th as the connection starts from that date and got rs.800 as my connection charges for 4 mbps which will be reduced from my next bill. When i thought o[censored]sing the dongle, i haven't got a data of 4 kbps speed. When i tried to connect several time, the maximum speed i got is 20kbps. I had lodged a complaint and cancelled the connection by mid of march itself before my billing cycle. Still the mts customer service people working negligibly to get the money from customers and generating the bill. They are actually cheaters who is looting the customers money. Kindly take action against mts for providing me fake promises and delaying my cancellation of my network. I haven't ever used my mts dongle due to worst speed. Was this information helpful? | |||
