My MTS Data card no.[protected].I have already asked the customer care to close my connection but it was not done earlier even after complaining the executive, I haven't used the connection for whole January month, 2016.I used the connection till December 2015.That Due amount bill i am ready to pay to continue with the connection, I would like to be a MTS Valuable customer(3 Year) if this would be granted. Also let me know when this connection been closed which I asked earlier via customer services executive.I need to close the connection permanently and not going to pay for next billing amount by considering this email notification formally documented specification. Please close the connection ASAP and let me know its status. Reminding you :I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FURTHER IF BILL WOULD BE SENT TO ME EVEN AFTER THIS WRITTEN NOTIFICATION.
