My MTS device(Device no. [protected]) was not working since September, 2015. So I have complaint them on 29th September, 2015 that the device is not working properly so I wish to discontinue the service. The complaint no. is 2587460. After this complain they neither send some person to check the device nor discontinued the connection. I have got a bill on October, November and December also. As I have not used the data card and it was not at working condition as well so I have not paid the bills of November and December. But the company sends me a legal notice that I have to pay 1300 rs. then we again complain after paying the billing amount. The second complaint no. is 2898578, that has been registered on 15th December, 2015. Then also I have received a bill on January, 2016.
As after complaining on September, 2015 I have not used the data card, but sill I have paid the billing amount. So, I wish to get back my money and also the harassment we have went through that is not expected. And I have called repeatedly the customer care they are saying that we thought that the data card was working but the device is still not working so how the bill gets generated.
