Dear sir, with due respect i like to inform you that I am a regular customer using Mblaze Dingle with the number [protected] but for last few months it is unused as whenever I connects the dongle it shows 1X error and unable to connect the internet. I went to MTS store at Jamnagar but the service person was unable to detect the problem further I have sent the device through agent to Rajkot office but again it returned back with no correction.
