1. I've had a MTS dongle for past 10 months, and had subscribed to the prepaid Rs 999/- package wherein i was getting data of 10 GB by day and 10 GB buy night.
2. I was satisfied with the service. My usage was such that i never used up my entire data...around 1 Gb of data used to be unused, both for day and night.
3. However last month in Aug 16, i observed that my data had suddenly got exhausted well before its validity. This was unusual, as my usage habits were the same, but i still ignored it and bought another Rs 999/- package for 20 GB.
4. However, this time it was even worse. I have lost a disproportionate amount of data within two days..a whopping 12 GB.
5. I complained to customer care, but they insisted that i have used up the data.
