MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Excess charges for sim card and non activation of sim card | |||||
Sir I changed my mts sim so as to get nano mts sim in my smart phone. The dealer charged Rs. 200/- instead of Rs. 50 and sim given by him was no ways to a nano sim but micro one was got made. Sim worked for one day and than deactivated. On contact customer care informed that due to TRAI that happened. The dealer on being contacted informed that sim would be activated soon again but not activated so far. Now dealer is also not picking calls. Can MTS let me know how to get a nano sim or I would leave MTS services and take some other service provider as suggested by dealers of MTS. My mobile number is [protected]. I had numbers from [protected] to 08 (total 7 numbers). 07 and 08 were never returned back once mobile lost. now 06 also in that direction. would MTS activate my services on [protected] or suggest how to get a Nano sim and than again get activated. regards Subhash Chand [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
