Hello!
I have speed issues with mts, and contacted their customer service, but they said this is the first you contacting mts regarding speed issues, but i contacted them multiple times in the past, and i told them that i contacted mts for the same speed issue. Looks like they don't have my records updated on their end. I was transferred to one of the officials, her name "aswini", but she refused provide her batch number said she can not provide. She was asking previous complaint numbers, they should have all my previous complaints, but she told no complaint was recorded for me till now. I still have the speed issues and but i don't know how to prove them that i have raised the issues multiple times.
If the problem continues, i'm planning to close the connection. Here is my datacard number: [protected]
