MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Internet speed issue - reg. | |||
My MTS data card number is [protected] and I am using this data card since Jul 2014. My tariff plan is 30 GB UL for Rs. 1000 (excluding tax). Recent times I have faced sever net speed issue and the download speed is down to 0.04Mbps (screen shots of the speed test is attached). I have contacted the customer care regarding this issue and I have not yet got the satisfactory solution (day after the complaint, a lady called me and ask me to play a youtube video and then she told that my speed is 1.6Mbps, but at the same time I tested the speed and it was 0.2Mbps (screen shot attached)). They have argued that the net speed is depend on several parameter like internet traffic, location of the server etc. But I have not convinced with their answer replied that if the traffic is the problem then they should increase the bandwidth. For that I got a reply says that I have to migrate my plan to post paid or other option is choose a lower rental plan. I am wondering that both the choices will nothing to do with the speed issue. So I believe that the MTS doesn't understand what is the problem of their customers and they have to close the complaint ASAP (not interested weather the problem is solved or not).
