I purchased MTS data card by a direct person on Jan 1st 2016, I hardly used it for couple of weeks and not very happy with the speed. I tried using it in different location however the speed was not upto the mark. I spoke to the customer care representative and he told me to clear my last month outstanding balance and the current unbilled balance. My monthly charged is 639 ( postpaid) I paid 1300 additional one months payment and asked them to close. I spoke to a customer representative Rajesh and explained him to close the plan however he is try to convince me but not accepting the custom request to deactivate after 30-40 mins of argument with him he finally accepted to take my request. After couple of hours I got a message that your request has been raised along with the number. After couple of days got another message your request has been closed. So I again called the customer care and mentioned the request number and asked them what is the request belong to this number and a customer care rep is telling that " sir, you have accepted for a temporary deactivation, for 3 months". I never asked / accepted for this temporary deactivation. How come this people can do like this? I want som higher authority to look in to this and deactivate the connection and this guy Rajesh put me in to so much of pressure and mental torture.. If you listen to the conversation I had with him you will understand how much he tortured me that too during my office hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
