MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Mts data card no. [protected], vas amount charged without confirmation or information

This is in context of VAS which has been activated on MTS data card no. [protected] without my confirmation or any information for which amount has been charged in Current Mar''16 bill.
For confirmation MTS did Not mail nor msg came that following services has been activated. I just normally inquired about why my billing amount is more than they informed about these services.
Otherwise MTS fool customers by charging for services without getting any confirmation or information from their side.
For unpaid bill or new offers MTS do mail or msg but for charging for services which customer has not activated MTS do not required any confirmation or send information to customers.
These services are being charged in my mar''16 bill .
