on 1st of feb i buy MTS wifi contact no. os MTS is [protected]
since activation i am get problem not network wifi not working
What device I got from you end it was not working ( defaulted )
2. After 2 day I got new device after long follow up with your customer care
3. Now big issues sales representative confirm me you will get 2 mbps speed ( wrong commitment I got only 97 kb )
4. Again 60 time compliant I got 1 call
5. Then MTS engineer visit my home place ( he checked no convective )
Please it’s my humble request please refund my amount. I already check my used data 437 mb in day and 51 mb in night
