MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Never get decent speed. Worst customer service ever faced | |||||
There is always a speed issue with MTS. You pay Appx.1200 rupees a month for getting 10-20kbps speed. Think of taking MTS. My Datacard money is totally waste. See speed test results below. my Number [protected]. They say they fix it but never fixed. I asked the customer care person to keep this ticket open and want to talk to higher official but he closed the ticket saying customer not reachable right after 5 mins talking to me.
