Dear team mts,
I have adopted 3g mts wi-fi data service in january 2016 and the service was started from 03rd january 2016.
Unfortunately, my device is not working and connecting properly from day 1. Speed and connectivity both are worst (From 0 to maximum 2 mbps, however mts representative has confirm the speed minimum 7 to 10 mbps for 3g). I have complained many time to your mts store (Of shalimar bagh, from where, i have purchase the connection) but they always confirmed that “connectivity and speed is ok in this area and there is no problem.”
But from the date of connection active to till date, i have never used this device comfortably and always faced very low speed and connectivity problem, however data may consumed by data card normally (Without proper usages) and i am paying rs. 689 every month and this is actually total wastage of my money and time. I again registered a complaint (Wide complaint no. Aug/3246 dated : 19.08.2016) today regarding the same.
I am just want to say that mts is completely misguiding their customers and charging huge amount for that services which are actually mts is not providing. This completely against the rules and regulations of “trai” and “department of telecommunication”.
I am unable to bear it more so request to please look in to this matter and arrange to refund my total amount (Against all paid bills + device charges) to me and discontinue the service before 31st august 2016 positively.

Dear mr. Vinod,
Before blaming me, please go through attached mail trail of my complaint and first justify it.
I have never appose to pay your bill and regularly requesting to revise it as i have not used your service due to bad connectivity and signal problem and that was also confirmed by mts representative during his visit at my home.
Your all representatives are useless and repeatedly following up with me only for payment but what about my complaint…???
Nobody is willing to resolve my problem and pressurizing me to pay money of that service which was not used by me because of worst service of mts.
I have all the communication and will submit soon all the facts to “trai” and “department of telecommunication” about the harassment by mts of their customers.
I am again requesting that arrange to close this matter soon and send me the revise bill (Of actual usages of data for the month of august and september) and waiver balance amount so that i can pay the bill accordingly and change the plan from postpaid to prepaid.
But i have not received the same till date and mts only harass me mentally and calling me 5-8 times in a day only for payment and noboday is ready to listen my complaint.
