MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Postpaid internet bill

I am having mts data card number [protected], i was using the connection for almost an year, but at last may month it is not working due to some problem, i have complained many times but they have not taken any action against that, so that i have not paid may month bill, now they are threatening me that they will take legal action, i have told them many times problem is from your side but they are not listening to me, now i am getting continuous calls from different numbers and they are threatening me. Today i have got call from [protected] he states that he is calling from delhi karkardooma court, chamber g311 and informed me that mts is legally issued notice against me, you have to pay through the court or you can pay by other modes, my total monthly due is 999 and they have added some taxes now asking me to pay 1950 kindly resolve this.
They are threatening me.
