MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Recharged but after 5 days not able to use data

I rechared my data card 10 days ago. it is showing 5 gb data but still internet not working. it is showing zero balance error. this is rediculous, due to this I was not able to fill very crucial form. MTS company is responsible for my loss. very poor service by them.
