To The Manager, This is to inform you that I had recharged for Rd. 51/- on my Dad's mobile number -[protected]. Further, I received a confirmation as well but the amount is not reflecting in the balance. I want to know for what have you taken my money without giving any service. How long does it takes to refund Rs. 51 ??? Seems like 51 matters you more than a Loyal customer. Looking forward for a refund at the earliest.
