MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Undue harassment | |||||
Hi, This is Debjani Das. My MTS data card no.[protected] got temporarily disconnected on Jan 18, 2016 as I was not willing to pay an undue billing amount of Rs. 1599/-. But then after enduring continuous harassment from MTS customer care through voice call and SMS I repeatedly emailed MTS customer care to cancel my account permanently and made the first request for account cancellation in month of February, 2016, and I kept on requesting the same, and even emailed to the Nodal Officer of MTS, without never get any reply. But they kept on sending emails in reply telling to pay Rs. 1599/- for processing account cancellation. On March 9, 2016, I paid the full and final due amount of Rs. 1599/- and again raised an account cancellation request via email. In reply to that email now MTS is telling that I will have to pay another bill amount next month (i.e. April) to process the account cancellation. I haven't used MTS data service since January, 2016, and now they are harassing me to pay again a bill next month despite the fact that I have cleared all the dues by paying the full and final due amount of Rs. 1599/-. I have been continuously harassed by MTS India and I request Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (MTS) to stop harassing me and to stop sending me bill messages and emails, and to cancel my account permanently on an immediate basis.
