MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Worst service and improper billing

I have started using mts wifi dongel from february 2016. But unfortunately the performance claimed by the company is a fake .The actual performance is no where near the claimed performance.In addition the customer service department is useless and do not serve any help.

After logging repeated complain i did not got any remedy.

Moreover i was using a unlimited plan whose maximum bill value is rs 686 but this month i got a bill of rs.1829 .

I request your intervention in this matter so that i get a roper justice.

Dear sir
i bought a datacard mts wifi before 2 or 3 days. but i have very slow speed of net. when seller said me 7.2 mb/s .pls solve my problem
