MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Wrong balance deduction | |||||
My prepaid MTS mobile No is [protected]. MTS use to deduct money from account regularly. MTS said that "you have activated VAS. But I had assured and challenged MTS that I have not activated any kind of VAS or callertune. I complained with request number 3450375, but they said that refund cannot be done and have not assure me about stop of balance deduction. I am wrongly charged severely- 01/02/16- Rs. 21, 06/02/16- Rs. 10, 11/02/16- Rs. 10, 12/02/16- Re. 1, 24/02/16- Rs. 6, 08/02/16- Rs. 2 Totally Rs. 50. They refund me only Rs. 3 but again deduct Rs 2, and deduction is continuing, please stop each and every VAS, callertune etc. immidiatetly and refund rest Rs. 49 as soon as possible. I assure that i have not activate any VAS or callertune. This is due to mts's unfair money deduction policy, is mts in want on money? Then mts should care for its bussiness and valued customer. Is it a fault for me to choose mts as my favourite service provider? I had called 199 several times to solve my problem but no action is taken.
