Mts — Speed Issue Worst Service Provider - Fraud MTS India

Dear Team, Very Good Evening!!! I have been facing a lot issue with the internet services with 'MTS India". I have lodged my complaint on 25 June, 2015 till date the issue has not been resolved. And i am continuously getting calls from the MTS team to pay my bill.I have told them until or unless my issued is resolved i wont pay a single peny to them. they are just like the beggars. There outlet salesman promise that i will be getting the speed of 9 Mbps but i getting the speed of only 10-30 Kbps . Fraud and wrong information provided at the time of selling the product. Company is saying that if i am not going to pay the bill they will lodged a complaint against me and discontinue my services with them. I will be obliged if you can help me out in this matter.
