I bought mts post paid data connection ([protected]) on march 2015 and was using the connection till march 2016.Initially the connection speed was good and later from apr 2015, it reduced from 1mbps to 50 kbps, it was raised with mts team on 4 apr 2015 and no action was taken. Later i was told from the team new tower will be installed later it would be corrected. But never happened. So thought of disconnecting on march 2016, so stopped using the connection and informed to customer care and they told they will consider for disconnection. But it was not happened and got bill continuously which i was denied to pay.
Later i got that information, once i paid the amount they will take the disconnection request and it was informed by the lawer raghavan. So i cleared the mentioned amount (1382) and raise the request to disconnect my connection on 29 apr 2016 and same was acknolowdge (Req no 6958164) by mts customer care and informed that with in 7 days it would disconnected.
Eventhough next month i got the bill to pay rs 259. I thought it would be for which might be for 7 days. So i paid it.
But again i got the bill on jun around rs 116. Which they sent one message and never got any message. Later one week back i got one message it was due if not will legal notice will send which i did not notice and today i got legal notice. Here after 3 months of disconnecting the connection i got bill where i did not used the connection.
