Mts — Unathorized bill charges and unethical behaviour | |||
Hi, I am #mts dongle user and my number is [protected]. Your MTS agent provided me details as I will get 3G internet speed for 40 GB then it will be reduce after that but I am facing internet speen issue from last two-three months i.e I am getting around 0-100 kbps internet speed and I am paying bill as it generated, I did complaint about it but no action taken over my complaint even your executive telling me "you are the only one person who is facing such problem all over India no one complaining about #mts internet speed." It is the most ridiculous, worse response I had from such reputed org. It is highly disappointing service, I need back my amount back which is I pay for dongle I did not pay monthly rental because I am using #MTS services. I already inform you to disconnect my connection but you did not make any corrective action on it. Now I am getting executive making my call and talking me on#unprofessional way to pay bills and using abusing language. Give me, your corrective response for below words: 1. why should I pay the bill while I am not using your service. 2. if I have already told you to disconnect #mts service then why you didnt make any action on my complaint. 3. Its #mental #harassment if you are making #unnecessary call for bill payment rather then resolve the earlier complaint as I did. Was this information helpful? | |||
