Mts — Unnecessary balance deduction

My balance is deducted by rs 115 on 24 aug 2015.When i speak to customer service he said that the balance will be refunded in next 24 hours.After 24 hours only 64 rs were credited in my account. Again on 25 aug my rs 60 balance is deducted from my mts prepaid account. When i contacter to customer service executive she said that the balance will not be credited and disconnect line. I am highly diappointed with the service provided by mts customer care.
