We purchased a new sim which was activated on 10 june 14. MTS company deducted Rs. 10 from our main balance on 30 june 14 and deduce Rs. 5 on 2 july 14. They deduce our money unnecessary every time we purchase a new sim or we recharge our phone . And customer care executives also don't reply properly. They behave rudely . Please refund our money and stop these processes to deduce unnecessary money.
