Mts — unnesessary bill,

Dear Care, I am requested several time for permanently disconnect the mts device no. [protected], on feb 2015. after my request mail also they are generating bill even I am not using this device from past Feb 2015 till date. any how without using any MTS services, I apid total billed amount Rs.1701 in Apr 2015, when device was not in active mode. but without any my communication with MTS care/executive, today again I received a massege from MTS regarding bill, they are generared Rs. 299.00 amount of bill. what is this, may I know the reason for this type of activity.
