My complaint pertains to the device numbered [protected] which I bought recently, i.e. in November 2014. The service has been exceptionally poor and the speed remains limited to 15~25 kbps maximum. Unable to browse or download anything at all. Despite residing in south Delhi, the red light keeps blinking and after having completed all formalities like activation and recharge, no change has been effected. It has been a wasteful endeavour to buy and use this device. My complaint hasn't been paid heed to, up-till now. Please I request either complete termination of connection or resolution of my issue/change of device at the earliest and in earnest.
