My data card number is[protected]. I bought this data card 25 may . this is activated on 28 the may. I am settled May month bill amt., Rs.225/- on[protected] recipt no:64289.But data card was taken back by your sales executive name as karthikeyan on the date[protected].still now he do not given back to me. So I am dicided to deactivate my data card and also I call costumer care port and give a complaint.they give a request number 3824569. But their also cheating me. Because they won't to take any deactivate action.then May and June month bill also generated. I tried to speak to me Karthikeyan but his number is switched off.so I go to their office they are say he is already resigned.they don't give his address and alternate cell number. But I am settled two months bill in viivar basis Rs.1400/- on date[protected] and also give a surrender letter to Mr.Mathiyalagan - Collection Executive. He also give a acknowledgement to me., that recipt no: 78587. But stillnow bill has generatig for my data card. So I decie to go consumer court aganist ttrchy s office and me.karthikeyan.please do the needful action otherwise face this problem in court .i want to refund to me my bill amount approximately Rs.1400 and data card amt Rs .1000/- .
