No one bothered in MTS to resolve my issue, customer care is hopeless. Mine was prepaid wifi which was purchased/activated on 27-Jul-2015 and the 5GB free data was useless as there was no signal. Very frustrating. What is the use of giving 5GB data and you cannot utilize as purposefully MTS make the necessary adjustment in the server to deliver weaker signal to the said connections that's what I should feel now. I have written mail to grievance addressal but again they have very delayed SLA's for reply like one month.
I have again recharged my MTS account trusting they will improve the signal strength, since its not free and I have paid. Expecting a positive response from concerned.
