I have purchase a new wifi dongle on 11.08.2015 and i am first complaint 12.08.2015 and executive / technician will came 18.08.2015 and he told me this is network issue and your problem is not resolve return the dongle and after that refund your amount i complaint in toll free customer care he told me send the complaint in my customer care mail id i send the mail on 20.08.2015 first mail and in the mail i told my problem and my mts dongle no. [protected] and replied mail is your problem is resolved on 2-30days and my executive visit your home after that replied me your no. is not reachable my executive call last 2-3 days and after that i send the mail please send your executive no. and then send me the no. and i call and he told i visit your home and your problem not resolved and reported in head office. and after that i send the mail mail and mail and mail did not satisfactory replied me
