I have MTS connection but from day 1 am getting speed which is not even like 2G. Sometimes I am not even able to open web page also. So I have to switched to my mobile network for my work. They are making fool of customer. Whenever I call their call center they always has 1 excuse that work is going on in my area. But they didn't inform when they were selling. Even if its true why should I suffer. If i asked to register complain they just do formality to give me a complain no and that's it. If I delay my monthly payment they will charge me penalty but what about their service from last 6 months shouldn't I get compensation for this? Now I am planing to file case against the company.
