[Resolved] Mts — worst Data card provider | |||
my mts data card no. is [protected], i m very sorry to inform you that your data card is the worst that i have ever used . As i have purchased an mts data card on Diwali initially it was working fine for 10 days but after that the data card is unable to fetch the network & it is showing 0 signals i have registered my complain with your customer care on 16/11/2014 and your executive told me that my problem will be resolved within 20 hrs but sorry to inform you my problem is not resolved yet and now when i m trying to contact with your customer care they dont have any answer and keep on disconnecting my calls. my complaint no.
