Dear Nalini Kanakam,
This is regarding my MTS connection (Data card no-[protected])which I am using sine 25th OCT'15 and my billing cycle is 15th of every month . I took an unlimited plan of 599 and my bill is yet to generate.
1.THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY MY BILL IN ADVANCE?
2.WHY MY CONNECTION IS NOT ACTIVE?
Since 16th Nov'15 my connection is not active, that is not because of my fault. Then why should I suffer? I called customer care number (of times. But They were not able to answer my problem, same answer was provided all the time that I would receive a call back. I question is WHY DON'T YOU TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES? SO THAT THEY CAN PROVIDE ANSWER TO YOUR CUSTOMER AND YOUR CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE IN MERCY OF THEIR CALL BACK.
I spoke to Mr. Arif, Miss. Shilpi and many others, some advised me to pay Rs. 480/- to continue the service. Why should I pay before due date as I have not even received my bill?
Is that MTS is bankrupt as they are asking their customer to pay their bill in advance so that MTS can pay salaries to their employees?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS MY FAULT? AND HOW TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION AND GET MY REFUND ?
I have also option to move to TRAI against this MTS behaviour.
Kindly solve my problem ASAP.
