I took MTS connection on 30th of July and it got activated in late hours of 1st August after lot many consultations from our side. Even after that we received a speed around 20kbps(They promised a speed of around 8mbps).
We registered a compliant for speed issue and they automatically closed the complaint without consulting us. When we called back to check the complaint status they told that issue is resolved. Still the speed didn't exceed 20kbps. We asked them to reopen the ticket and this continued for 3 more times.
When ever we call to cc for statue they told we will be receiving a call from technical dept in 2 hours, which never happened. Finally we requested to refund our deposit for which they readily accepted as we didn't consume any data and raised concern in first week of activation. They told we will be receiving a call for the same from concern department.
We waited for couple of days and again called to cc for the status.Then we were shocked listening that we have to pay the bill generated for the data consumed and then only we will get the deposit paid. Are they fooling us? Should we pay for unused service?
