I'm Gaurav Gambhir, using MTS number [protected]. I've complained
to your customer care regarding wrong Deduction of Rs 100 from my
account (JAN/21414). And the same has been resolved without my
permission and without even informing me, which is quite
unprofessional on their part. And when I contacted customer care,
they said the deduction is done due to some sort of content downloads
but that was 100% false statement. Firstly I haven't download any such
things which caused any deductions, secondly
there is no such content available in India which can cause deduction
of your account, as I'm a web developer and IT service provider, I know
this very well that there is NO SUCH CONTENT AVAILABLE ON INDIAN
NETWORK/INTERNET which can deduct your account's
main balance. These are the Guidelines by TRAI(Telephone Regulatory
Authority of India) and DoT(Department of Telecommunication) that you
can't deduct balance from main account of any customer specially without
their knowledge(if any).
I've even complained with the Appellate authority but No One paid any head..
My only concern is that I want my complete balance back which was wrongly dedicated by you.
