MultilinkWorld — IRCTC refund not given by company

Dear sir, we are irctc e ticket agent under multilink world company and since 12th march 2020 company has stopped giving refunds of railway ticket booked by us for customers. On 29th may 2020 they gave some amount of refund into the wallet account but they are still not sharing the refund details of pnr against which the refund is given. We are facing too many problems as we have to face all customers who has booked tickets with us. We daily get threats from them to give them refund back. Also no one from the company multilinkworld is receiving the calls or replying to the mails we are sending. This is very wrong attitude towards agents appointed by them in which they should atleast reply to inform the situation. Kindly help or else our lives will be under threat.
