Mulya Shopping — Not received my refund since last 30 days

I have ordered Lenovo A369i mobile phone on 25/12/2014 & completed payment process through ICICI payment gateway. Till taday i.e. 23/01/2015 I have not received my product or any email or confirmation for the same. I can not contact on customer care no. also. REMINDER FOR REFUND OF RS. 3194/- I have cancelled my order for Lenovo A369i on 15/01/2015 through your customer care over telephone. So, you are requested to refund my full amount of Rs. 3194/- to my bank a/c at the earliest. Still I have not received my refund. Please give my refund immidiately.
