Sir, I had ordered Micro max Canvas Nitro A310 (Blue) mobile on Order: VPDUEUQOT placed on 11/28/2014 17:57:43 Payment: ICICI Payment gateway and made the payment the same date for Rs:10174/-.through HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD. My contact number is [protected]. Till today there is no proper reply. I called them again & again, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE answered and said that it will be delivered in 2 days. Whenever I contact they told it will be shipped within 2days . But the product is not yet dispatched.Then I ask refund on 19th december, they inform it will take 5 days. But not do it, then i call they told again within two days to take for delivery, they not cancelled...
