I'm writing you regarding my item which was sent by EMS from china with tracking no. EA[protected]CN.
My item is stuck at mumbai customs since 11th January 2016.
This is the message i'm receiving while tracking.

I'm trying to call on the no. Since 6 days but nobody is bothring to pick the call. I've sent mail to given email but no reply.
This is 3rd time I'm sending the mail.
