Mumbai Mirror — Mumbai t2 airport and jet air

On 17 june i flew from hyderabad to mumbai on jet air flight # s2 4392 at 20.40 which took off an acceptable 15 minutes late. There was mild turbulence and the captain perfunctorily apologised that they would not serve dinner not considering most o[censored]s have left 2 hours plus earlier to be on time, neither his callous announcement nor the decision was acceptable. After we landed in mumbai at 22.30 right outside the domestic airport arrivals, we were unfortunately herded for a 15 minute bus ride like cattle, the air conditioning also went off in between to t2. A nice long 10 - 15 minute walk as restrooms are out of view and then to locate the pre paid taxi on the lowest floor. Another 20 minute wait while an extremely slow and liar deals with only 4 passengers in front me, tells us lie #1 - there's no taxis and lie #2 - there's a major traffic jam outside. The nasty specimens did the same several months ago and the poor taxi drivers are waiting outside for their rides. Is it the inter state rivalry that makes them do this? In contrast hyderanbad the prepaid taxi counter are efficient and polite. What should have taken me 2.5 hours took me 6 and with zero consideration for us passengers. As well. But what about the inconveniencing passengers at the airport and the rude sods at the taxi counter?? Thank you and i hope we can work towards a better life in this city sometime soon.
