Mumbai Mirror — parking at matunga road near the station

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that it has been observed since last 2 months if a scooter is parked opposite to ruparel college at matunga road it is being picked up by the traffic police towing van department however cars are not being being picked up and a line of cars are parked in that area daily. When we enquired with the police there was no staunch revert and also important to note that there are no boards in the area mentioning no parking zone
