Good day sir, my name is ravi jethmalani, i am a residence of chembur our area came under the sra project and was taken my a builder called rajesh mehta, his company name being vital builders. Its been 10 long year that all the 200+ families have vacant their homes n are staying on rent which is paid by the builder rs 8000 per month, its too less n we often get it late by few months. Our housing society committee is also bought by the builder, they have filled their pockets and are least interested in our problems, local police is also in the builders side. All the families are suffering alot due to they delay in getting their home, as we all stay on rent we need to change our houses in every 11 months we also need to pay additional rent to our landlords as the amount provided by the builder is very less compared to the rent in chembur, alot of helpless people have sold houses at cheap rates to the builder himself who is now selling them on higher rates we had question the builder of getting the possession of our homes, the builder has refused and says do what ever you can and on the other side the construction of his own personal16 storage building is in full swing. I myself and the other 200 + families have only one hope which is from your side as we cannot fight this builder in court. We all are ready to give you our support.
