I have bought replacement sim from vodafone gallery at malad-west near sndt college on sunday (26.11.2017) and was informed that the sim will be activated on monday (27.11.2017) by 12/12.30.
Today is wednesday (29.11.2017) and time is 17.00 hrs. And the sim is not activated. After speaking to vodafone on [protected] i was informed that the replaced sim activation request has not been sent by gallery and have to go the gallery again to ask them to send sim activation request to their back office.
I am totally held up as all my online transaction is being carried from my personal no. Was this information helpful? |
