Mumbai Rangers — cheating us by not giving services which he was supposed to provide us. | |||||
I namrata biswas writing this letter to consumer court behalf of all 16 people who have registered for pawna lake camping for 31st december 2017 with amit bhadorua and his organization named as mumbai-ranger which work through facebook. I saw mumbai-ranger advertisement on 27 on harshi lake and i wanted to join it so i call upon [protected] which was given on the site and said contact amit badoria so i called him up that time he said no more site left for harshi you can join pawna lake which is for rs 2600 and 2% extra if you do online payment. I agreed to online payment by payumoney. I paid for 4 people that were rs 10671.00. So i paid for 31 december 2017 pawna lakeside camping which was incisive with a welcome drink, evening snack, bbq, dinner, next day morning breakfast, dj music, actives and tents with proper bedding and all of this for ₹2600 with 2% extra if you do payment by card. Total people registered with amit was 17 people. When we went there we realized this camping is in a small village which is far from the pawna lake and he dints not proved us with any facility apart from stay and dinner. All 17 people tried to call him but he did not receive anyone's call he just ran away with our money. We were starving because he did not pay for our food so the owner of that farm refused to give us any food, he was not ready to give us food with money also because he had to feed people who had paid him in advance and the owner was also running short of the food supply. The owner also said our package is for ₹1300 person, not 2600 person. He has also misgudied us regading traving as he told us to come from lonavala but the site was near from other station that was kamsheat. Now amit has blocked us from mumbai ranges group, facebook, and whatsapp. I have added pictures which say what all facility he was suppos to give us. I request for refund with the penalty as we have suffer mentally and well as physically. Amit bhadoria Ph no.
